British Offsite is bringing speed, flexibility and reliability to construction with our next generation light gauge steel framing system. We are delivering permanent buildings faster and can make a meaningful difference in reconstruction projects.

UNisystemSFS infill panels and our UNisystemLB light gauge steel system are precision-manufactured on our advanced robotics assembly line and arrive on site with the cavity build-up included. Sheathing board, insulation, vapour control layer, cavity barriers, brick-tie channel or façade support, windows and doors can all be preinstalled.

UNisystem provides semi-finished buildings, which are wind and watertight, energy efficient and environmentally responsible, built in the UK and ready to ship internationally.
