M.Sc. in Meteorology from the Tel-Aviv University, having an experience of 20 years as a weather forecaster at the Israeli Defence Forces and the Israeli Meteorological Service, in addition dealing with international relations, capacity development for LDCs, climate prediction, media and new media and recently engaged in the Early Warning for all (EW4all) and the Systematic Observations Funding Facilities initiatives of the World Meteorological Organisation (WMO).
