Operating Web-Map Applications in Cyber Disrupted Environments
This seminar demonstrates best-practices for running locally-hosted or offline map-services in cyber disrupted environments. Maps are critical for data interpretation and command & control, used by industries from emergency-response, telecommunications, to logistics. Many systems have become reliant on web based services. However, disasters, & conflict pose a threat to infrastructure and the viability of these services. We’ve observed a shift back towards on-premise map services and demonstrate how to effectively and use them.
