As the Adviser for Digital Innovation at the Commonwealth Secretariat, he leads the AI capacity building, data and infrastructure and digital transformation initiatives, impacting government officials across multiple member countries. Osmal’s expertise lies in data governance, digital ecosystems, and cross-cultural collaboration, and he has contributed to cost savings and improved access to services in various communities. He holds an MBA from Imperial College London and several professional certifications.
