Samuel has worked for over 20 years as a meteorologist in Africa, Europe and Southeast Asia regions providing weather insight within the public and private sectors on extreme weather and weather forecasting/nowcasting for different industries including oil and gas, port, renewable energy as well as
government. For instance he has worked as cyclone expert for the UN-WMO services in charge of cyclone in the South West Indian Ocean RSMC, he has worked as energy forecaster for clients such as RWE (the 1st German Electric utility company) and Axpo (a Swiss energy utility) and he has developed
the nowcasting system for urban flood management in Singapore with Public Utilities Board which is in charge of the water supply for the whole country. Samuel holds a PhD in Tropical Meteorology and an MSc in Atmospheric Sciences both from Meteo France the French national weather.
