He has extensive knowledge in risk assessment, disaster recovery planning, claims management and corporate risk management program design and implementation. Joe has experience in all aspects of construction from heavy civil to commercial general contracting. Prior to joining First Onsite, Joe led risk management and safety programs as Vice President of Insurance and Safety for Flatiron Construction Co. Joe is a speaker for national organizations such as the AGC, the ABC, and IRMI. He is a Certified Safety Professional and a
graduate of Millersville University with a degree in occupational safety and health. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Eastern University.
